Nice & Clean (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the niceandclean.co website and the NiceAndClean Worker mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account or are onboarded as a service worker, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Worker accounts are created by administrators and secured with a PIN-based login.

Service & Booking Data

When you book a service through our website or our booking partner (Zenbooker), we collect your name, email, phone number, service address, and selected services. This information is used to schedule and perform your requested services.

Location Data

The NiceAndClean Worker app may request access to your device location to assist with route navigation and service verification. Location data is only collected while the app is in use and is not tracked in the background.

Photos

Workers may take photos through the app as service completion documentation. These photos are stored securely and associated with the relevant service task.

Push Notification Tokens

If you grant notification permissions, we store a device push token to send you job assignment notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • To schedule and coordinate service visits
  • To communicate with you about bookings and service updates
  • To send push notifications about job assignments (workers only)
  • To process payments through our payment processor (Stripe)
  • To ensure quality through photo documentation of completed services

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following parties as necessary to operate our services:

  • Zenbooker — Our booking platform, which processes service requests and scheduling
  • Stripe — Our payment processor, which handles billing and worker payouts
  • Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging — For delivering push notifications to worker devices
  • Supabase — For secure storage of service documentation photos

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and secure authentication for all accounts. Worker PINs are hashed and cannot be viewed in plaintext.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or operational purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
  • Revoke camera and location permissions at any time through your device settings

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
